Midwest Investment Management LLC is a Cleveland, Ohio, Registered Investment
Advisory (RIA) firm founded in 2000. Our team of investment professionals work
together to provide conservative, impartial, independent investment management
services. We have a “client first” culture and team approach with an advisory fee based
revenue model. We build successful long term relationships with high net worth
individuals, small and medium sized private business owners, their company retirement
plans, trusts, and endowments. We have an audited performance track record that
demonstrates a compelling value proposition, confirming our investment management
philosophy and disciplines.

Duties and Responsibilities
As Vice-President, Business Development you will focus on the following areas:
- Identify, cultivate and track prospects for our investment services;
- Close new investment management clients;
- Quickly grow assets under management;
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients;
- Develop Firm awareness in the community via extensive networking with accountants, attorneys and other centers of influence;
- Support sales and marketing efforts of the Partners.
Qualifications
As Vice-President, Business Development we require the following:
- Strong character, values, honesty, and a client centered philosophy of building and serving your clients;
- Established reputation in the financial services industry with over $25mm of transferable book of fee based business;
- An entrepreneurial work ethic that is inspired by a pay for performance compensation model utilizing creative and organizational skills, setting and achieving annual production goals;
- A team player, with a client first attitude: Self starter, energetic, and assertive with excellent people skills;
- Proven track record of developing and retaining clients;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Appreciation of a small firm that functions as a team.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation will be based on assets under management, client retention and asset growth;
