Company president praises 401(k) Investment Advisory Service Back in the summer of 2002, Walt Walburn, president of Dar-Tech, Inc., a regional distributor of specialty chemicals and laboratory equipment based in Cleveland, was very unhappy with the company managing his firm’s 401(k) plan. The opinion was shared by Walburn’s business partners and by the company’s employees. “We weren’t getting the kind of growth or satisfaction we wanted from our 401(k) plan.
