William C. Grimberg joined Midwest Investment Management LLC as Managing Director in 2010. His distinguished career includes successful experience as a private equity advisor, management consultant, civic leader, and entrepreneur.
Mr. Grimberg has served as Chairman of Cleveland Clinic Foundation’s Department of Institutional Advancement. He has also advised start-up and emerging companies on strategies for prudent capitalization, marketing, and efficient operation. He also launched a private equity fund focused on consumer product innovations.
One of Mr. Grimberg’s most “visible” accomplishments is on Euclid Avenue in downtown Cleveland, specifically Playhouse Square Center (the USA’s second-largest performing arts center). As Director of Development, he revitalized private and public sector support for three major theaters, leading to financial stability and increased attendance.
“Midwest Investment Management has provided superior results for its clients over the long term,” says Mr. Grimberg. “History has demonstrated that our investment philosophy, experience, and strategies will continue to serve our clients well.”
“Very importantly,” added Mr. Grimberg, “because our Cleveland-based firm is owned by its Partners, our clients receive dedicated, responsive service provided by a full TEAM of seasoned, respected investment professionals.”
Mr. Grimberg serves as Chairman of the Board for The Center For Learning and also serves as a Trustee for the Positive Education Program. He and his wife, Susan, reside in Lakewood. They have four adult children.
